If you deploy applications, services, or workloads on our platform ("Customer Workloads") and store data using our services ("Customer Cloud Data"):
- We process Customer Cloud Data according to your instructions and our agreements with you;
- We do not sell Customer Cloud Data;
- We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Cloud Data, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, and monitoring;
- We may use aggregated or de‑identified data derived from Customer Cloud Data and telemetry to improve our platform, provided it does not identify you or your organization.
If you are an end user of a Customer Workload running on Skybitra, please contact the owner of that workload to exercise your privacy rights, as they typically act as the controller of your personal data.

We use cookies and similar technologies on our Site and web consoles to:

- Measure Site traffic and feature usage;
